Poké Ball house kits are a post-story reward from Tinkmaster. Buying more general housing recipes does not substitute for this request chain. Return to the character in Sparkling Skylands after the main story and look for the Pokémon Center tour request.

        ## Finish the tour with the character present

            - Accept the request and ask Tinkmaster to follow. Visit the rebuilt Centers outside Sparkling Skylands that the request asks to see, bringing the character to each building.

            - Complete the local conversation or request update at each stop before moving on. Simply having restored those Centers earlier does not prove the tour has been registered.

            - Return to Tinkmaster's follow-up construction request, receive the Poké Ball house kit and build the first house with its required materials and helpers.

        ## Report the finished house

Complete the conversation after construction. The follow-up provides a three-kit set and unlocks further Poké Ball house kit purchases in the shop. A finished exterior without the final report can leave the reward chain incomplete.

        ## If the tour does not advance

Check the active request and keep Tinkmaster beside the Center being visited. A Pokédex search can point toward the character's home region rather than the current tour location, so use the follower already with you. Keep the game updated and test the request dialogue before assuming a visited building needs rebuilding.
