After Kyogre's first story encounter, a message about a large presence in the sea can announce another visit. It points to Kyogre somewhere offshore in the current region. It is a chance to see and speak to the Pokémon again, not a new habitat recipe or a request to recruit it.

Follow the notification to the coast
- After registering Kyogre through the Withered Wastelands story, watch for the sea-presence message while exploring a region with a coast, such as Withered Wastelands or Bleak Beach.
- Head toward that region's sea and search along the accessible shoreline. The visitor does not always appear at one fixed point, so check other coastal sections if the first view is empty.
- Approach the presence to trigger the encounter and talk to Kyogre while it is there. Complete any conversation you want before moving away.
Understand the weather change
Kyogre's visit brings rain. It can also appear when it is already raining, in which case there is no obvious weather transition to confirm its arrival. Use the notification and the actual encounter rather than assuming rain alone means Kyogre is waiting at a particular beach.
Do not mistake the visit for permanent recruitment
Kyogre disappears after you leave it, and this encounter does not provide the normal following or move-in interaction. You can continue other tasks without answering the notification. If you want the meeting, search the sea promptly and finish the dialogue during the visit instead of preparing a house first.
