Toxtricity comes in two forms, Amped and Low Key, and in Pokémon Pokopia you can have both. There is no evolution in this game, so Toxel and each form of Toxtricity have to be attracted separately, each with its own habitat. The good news is that the two Toxtricity stages share almost every item: only the guitar changes.

The three habitats
| Pokémon | Habitat | Items | Rarity |
|---|---|---|---|
| Toxel | Lazy-photo album scrolling | Tablet + Paper party cups | Common |
| Toxtricity (Amped Form) | Amped rock stage | 2 Speakers + Small stage + Cool electric guitar + Standing mic | Common |
| Toxtricity (Low Key Form) | Low-key rock stage | 2 Speakers + Small stage + Cool bass guitar + Standing mic | Rare |
All three habitats work in any area, at any time of day and in any weather.
The key items: the two guitars
- Find your first Strange strings. They are buried treasure in every area (use the Dowsing Machine) and Gimmighoul and Gholdengo can also trade them to you.
- Picking them up for the first time unlocks the recipes for the Cool electric guitar and the Cool bass guitar.
- Each guitar costs 1 Strange strings, 1 Lumber and 1 Pokémetal. To get both forms you need two Strange strings in total.
The rest of the stage
- Standing mic: sold in the Rocky Ridges shop from Environment Level 2, and found in Rocky Ridges and Bubbly Basin.
- Small stage: sold in the Rocky Ridges shop from level 3; its recipe (2 Iron ingots + 2 Glowing stones) comes later.
- Speakers: found in Rocky Ridges and Bubbly Basin, or crafted with 1 Pokémetal and 1 Iron ingot each.
- Tablet and Paper party cups for Toxel: Rocky Ridges shop at levels 5 and 4, or craft them.
The Concert stage kit building also includes stages, mics and speakers, so it is a quick way to gather the furniture if you have it.
Tips to get the Low Key Form
- Build both rock stages side by side: once you have one, the second only needs the other guitar.
- Low Key is rare, so it can take a few days to show up. A spicy offering to Mosslax raises the chance of Pokémon appearing in habitats.
- Both Toxtricity forms have the Generate and Hype specialties, and Toxel has Generate, so they are handy for powering your town too.
Tip: if the habitat does not attract anyone, check that the stage pieces are close enough together and that nothing else is overlapping them. Moving the mic or a speaker one block is often enough.
