How to Find Missing Pokemon

Following on from how Pokemon behave in the game: there will be times when, according to their programmed routines, they wander quite far from their habitat because they've gone for a walk around the area. However, this becomes a problem when you need their help for something and can't find them.

Well, Pokémon Pokopia has anticipated this situation and includes a hidden option that will help you search for a specific creature.

Searching with the Pokédex

Press the + button to open the game's main menu.
Go to the Pokédex and place the cursor over the Pokemon you want to find.
Press the + button to activate the search function.

At this point, your character will pull out the Pokédex indicating they're looking for someone, and when you open dialogue with any other Pokemon, they will point in the direction of the one you're searching for. This way, you can find them very easily in the blink of an eye.

Alternative: Honey Jar

Alternatively, you can also use a honey jar in their habitat (collected from flower beds) to make them return to it immediately.
