The tower on Withered Wastelands' coast accepts successive Team Initiation deliveries. Return after each completed stage to reveal the next request. This chain spans several regions, so a missing processing recipe can be a reason to advance the town stories rather than keep searching near the tower.
Prepare the early material stages
- Start with five Leppa Berries. Next deliver ten each of Beans, Tomatoes and Wheat. Water existing crops or grow replacements instead of consuming every seed-bearing plant you find.
- For the next delivery, prepare 20 Lumber, five Fluff and ten Paper. Use a wood-cutting specialist, resource-dropping residents and recycling; wastepaper itself is not the finished Paper requested.
- Then process 40 Bricks, 20 Gold ingots and 50 Concrete. Start the furnace and mixer work in advance, keeping enough materials aside for the town story's own constructions.
Connect the tower, then prepare the furniture
The electricity stage needs 50 supplied power, ten Crystal fragments and five Tinkagears. Connect working generators to the tower; power elsewhere in town does not count automatically. Next provide four Industrial beds, four Resort lamps and four Office desks. Their recipes are found respectively near Rocky Ridges' Center, in Meowth's Bleak Beach house and by Sparkling Skylands' Center.
Close the household and photo stages
The next delivery asks for a Washing machine, Refrigerator and Game Boy. Raise Environment Level to 5 in Bleak Beach, Rocky Ridges and Sparkling Skylands and report the milestones. For the photograph, choose an image from your album; it is not a printed furniture item. Finally obtain two Party poppers from Withered Wastelands' level-5 milestone and complete the tower's last conversation.
